Hi My name is Sue Whitney I am situated in the Midlands ( Nottinghamshire ) hence my prefix Midlander

I am a small hobby breeder, I have been breeding and showing Persians & Exotics for a number of years now, working with some of the best international lines specialising in Smoke and related self colours, also Tabby and Bi-colour including the van pattern this year 2007 I will be concentrating more on the Exotic breeding, I will still carry on with my Smoke longhair breeding program were all pedigree's will be Smoke and Self breeding

My kittens are very dear to me and will only be placed in indoor homes where I feel they will be given the best possible care,  kittens will not leave until they are at least 13 week old and have been fully vaccinated, wormed, insured and registered with the gccf all kitten will come with a contract, and also a care/diet sheet.

I only breed with cats that are D.N.A tested P.K.D Negative, all my kittens are raised in home with plenty of tlc.

If your thinking of having a Persian

Give yourself time to think

Will you want him for life

Will you handle him with gentleness and pride and make him part of your life

See he has fresh water and good food

Will you learn him he has to be groomed every day 

Make sure he has a clean bed or better still your bed

Will you teach children they should be gentle and kind and if he scratches you will not mind

You will not be angry when he climbs the curtains or scratches the chair, misses the tray or leaves hair everywhere

And when he purrs and rubs his head against yours will your heart melt and thank the day he came to live with you

And when he's old and grey and finally passes away, he leaves you broken hearted with not a dry eye to be seen

Will you look back and be glad you shared his life

And think !

I'd do it all again

If you can answer true to all I ask then a Persian is for you, but if there were anything you could not answer true then a persian is not for you
